Beatrice G. Stidham, 84, Warsaw, passed away at 5:13 a.m. Nov. 27, 2013, at her daughter’s residence.
She was born Oct. 31, 1929, in Chicago, Ill., to Edward and Lillian Woulff Throw. On March 27, 1951, in Chicago, she was united in marriage to Spike Stidham, who preceded her in death.
Living most of her life in the Warsaw area, she and her husband owned Stidham Construction and then VNB Golf Club, Warsaw, where she retired in 1985. She enjoyed traveling, fishing and socializing with her family.
Surviving are three children: Michael (and spouse Ruth) Malone, Van Wert, Ohio; Kathleen (and spouse Adam) Slone, Warsaw; and Pat Stidham, Forest, Ohio; her brother, Henry Throw, Oregon; three grandchildren: Mike Malone, Van Wert: Lindsey Jaworowicz, San Diego, Calif.; and Michelle Malone, New Haven; and five great-grandchildren. She was also preceded in death by her parents and seven brothers and sisters.
There are no visitation hours or services planned. Burial will be at a later date.
McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, Warsaw, is entrusted with the arrangements.
