Rick and Dixie Barringer will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary Sept. 4. Rick and the former Dixie Murphy were married Sept. 4, 1959, at First Evangelical Church of Christ, Goshen, with the Rev. K. David Schlundt officiating.

He retired from R.R. Donnelley in 1999. She retired from Warsaw Community School Corp. in 1995.

They have three children: Babette (and spouse Ken) Lasker, Jamestown, N.Y., and Kathleen Lursen and Todd (and spouse Tyra) Barringer, all of Warsaw; and eight grandchildren.[[In-content Ad]]
