He was born March 7, 1949, in Mousey, Ky., to Green and Jahazze Minnix Conley.
A lifetime Kosciusko County resident, he worked in quality control at Zimmer USA, retiring after 33 years. He was a member of American Legion Post 49 and Eagles Lodge, both in Warsaw. He served in the U.S. Army from 1969-71.
Surviving are two sons, Bryan Conley, North Richland Hills, Texas, and Brandon Conley, Carrollton, Texas; a daughter, Sara Conley, Bedford, Texas; five brothers: Burnis Conley, Frostproof, Fla.; Wilbur Conley, Mousey; Ed Conley, Warsaw; Bob Conley, Merrillville; and Coy Conley, Dallas, Texas; two sisters, Fannie Beeman, Indianapolis, and Georgia Krichbaum, Warsaw; and three grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, a brother and a sister.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Friday at McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, Warsaw, with the Rev. Chad Burkhart officiating. Burial will be in Graceland Cemetery, Claypool, with military honors by the American Legion Post 49 and Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 1126.
Calling is from 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
