Jamie Lynn Baker and Andrew Layne Martin were married at 4:30 p.m. Oct. 14, 2006, at the First United Methodist Church, Warsaw, with the Rev. Steve Austin officiating. The bride's parents are Ed and Pam Baker, Mentone, and the groom is the son of Ed and Kim Martin, Akron.

Maid of honor was Jill Weaver, Akron; Bridesmaids were: Jamie Snyder, Atwood; Abby Lewis, Indianapolis; and Paige Lewis, North Manchester. Flower girl was Madelyn Weaver, Akron.

Best man was Aaron Martin, North Manchester. Groomsmen were Adam Martin, Akron, and Chris Mitterling and B.J. Cunningham, both of Warsaw. Ushers were: Branden Frantz and Scott Barber, both of Warsaw; Aaron Zolman, Mentone; and Brian Jones, Claypool. Ring bearer was Quinn Martin, North Manchester.

A reception was held at Ramada 2517, Warsaw.

The bride is a first-grade teacher at Syracuse Elementary School. She is a 2000 graduate of Tippecanoe Valley High School, and received her elementary education degree in 2004 from IPFW.

The groom is employed by Hoffman Body Shop, Akron. He is a 2001 graduate of Tippecanoe Valley High School and a 2005 graduate of the University of Saint Francis, Fort Wayne.

Following a wedding trip to Punta Cana, Dominican Republic, the couple are at home in Mentone.
