Harvey and the former Evelyn Thomas were married Aug. 29, 1954, in the Evangelical United Brethren Church, Packerton, by Pastor Keith Burch.
They are the parents of two children, Rick Badman, Warsaw, and Cindy Phillips, Tiffin, Iowa.
They have four grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
Last fall, their daughter and son-in-law took them to Niagara Falls, where they had spent their honeymoon. Their children are planning a light refreshment reception from 10 a.m. to noon at the Community Bible Church, 2947 S. County Farm Road, Aug. 30. They request no gifts.
