Azzie Justice, 77, of Warsaw, died June 30, 2011, in Crestwood Care Center, Shelby, Ohio.

He was born Nov. 26, 1933, in Floyd County, Ky., to George Morgan and Rhoda Keins Justice. He married Garnet Plymale, who survives.

He was a coal miner and also worked in maintenance for the City of Warsaw. 

Also surviving are two stepdaughters, Becky (and spouse Michael) Snipes, Burgaw, N.C., and Melanie Brandt, North Glenn, Colo.; four step-grandchildren; two step-great-grandchildren; three brothers, Gene, Arthur and Holly; and two sisters, Freda Mae and Nellie. He was preceded in death by two brothers and a sister.

No services or calling are planned.
