He was born June 10, 1944, in Allegan, Mich., to Arthur L. and Rosella T. Bradley Fulton. On Jan. 20, 1991, in Las Vega, Nev., he married Paula J. Fry Goguen, who survives.
He grew up in Michigan and graduated from Allegan High School and Michigan State University. He was owner and operator of Express RV, where he served as dispatcher for many years. He moved to the Kosciusko County area from Utah eight years ago.
Also surviving are a daughter, Shannon (and spouse Corey) Gifford, St. George, Utah; two sons, Chad (and spouse Christina) Fulton, Allegan, and Tork (and spouse Donna) Fulton, West Jordan, Utah; a stepdaughter, Michelle Goguen, Coruna, Calif.; a stepson, James Goguen, Coruna; 10 grandchildren; a great-grandson; three step-grandchildren; a sister, Cheryl Olson, Allegan; and a brother, James (and spouse Jackie) Fulton, California. He was preceded in death by two half sisters.
