He was born July 22, 1960, in Peru, to Arnold Sr. and Margaret Jean Wright Rowe. On Sept. 22, 1987, in Sturgis, S.D., he married Connie Burk, who survives.
He lived in Warsaw for at least the last 10 years. He worked in railroad tie production in South Dakota and Dalton Foundries, Warsaw, for several years.
Also surviving are three sisters: Patricia (and spouse Michael) Helton, Warsaw; Betty (and spouse Dennis) Bowen, Peru; and Tammy Higgins, Summerville, Ga.; two stepsons, Jessie Maze and Bud Dunn, both of Warsaw; and three step-grandchildren, Marcus and Matthew Dunn and Jordan Maze, all of Warsaw. He was preceded in death by his parents.
No services or calling are planned.
McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, Warsaw, is in charge of arrangements.
