    Notice is Hereby Given, That The Kosciusko County Area Plan Commission shall hold a Public Hearing on a Petition filed by C Alan Rovenstine requesting An Amendment to the Kosciusko County Zoning Ordinance, To Reclassify from an Agriculture to a Commercial District, the Following Real Estate, located at Key Number: 011-072-002 and South Side US 30, 0' West 800 W in Etna Township,
and described as follows, to wit:
    Part of the South half of the Southwest Quarter of Section 8, Township 33 North, Range 6 East, Kosciusko County, Indiana, more particularly described as follows, to wit:
    TRACT I: All that part of the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 26, Township 33 North, Range 4 East, on the North side of Federal Road No. 30, LESS AND EXCEPTING the following described real estate, to-wit:

    This Change is Requested to Permit the Above Described Real Estate to be used for the purpose of Commercial uses as defined in the Zoning Ordinance.
    This Hearing will be held in the Commissioners Room in the Kosciusko County Court House, 100 W. Center St., Warsaw, IN, on Wednesday, November 4, 2015 at 1:00 P.M.
