Annexation Approved

The Warsaw Plan Commission Monday approved the annexation of two parcels of land into the city.

Phase Two of the Corridor Drive annexation was approved, bringing an additional 50 acres into the city. The area, north of U.S. 30 and east of CR 250E, is owned by Bill Bibler and will be zoned I-2, light industrial.

The commission also approved the annexation of Center Center, at the intersection of U.S. 30 and East Center Street. The complex will be zoned C-3, arterial commerical. [[In-content Ad]]
