Amateur Radio Training Class Planned

An Amateur Radio Training Class and Technician Class License Course will be presented by Hoosier Lakes Radio Club.
Amateur radio is the backup communications system for all emergencies in the U.S., but users must be licensed.
This class will prepare participants for the license test.
The fee is $30 for a book, supplies and lunch on April 26 and 27. The event will be at the Kosciusko County Justice Building, 121 N. Lake St., Warsaw,
An orientation and books distribution will be March 22 at 10 a.m.; the hands-on class and exam will be April 26-27 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Preregistration and fees are due by March 15.
