She was born Dec. 30, 1951, in Sandusky, Ohio, to Dale Louis Gibbs and Alice Coralie McGrath.
She spent most of her life in Kosciusko County. She was a machine operator for Spartech Corp. for 27 years, retiring in 2004.
She attended Mentone United Methodist Church. She was a member of the American Legion Auxiliary Post #49, Warsaw Eagles, Warsaw Moose and VFW Auxiliary. She enjoyed singing, including karaoke.
Surviving are two sons, John Rhoads, Mentone, and Joe L. Rhoads, Silver Lake; a daughter, Sandra Williams, Silver Lake; four brothers: Raymond (and spouse Jeanne) Gibbs, Fort Senea, Ohio; Dale Gibbs, Lima, Ohio; Thomas (and spouse Esther) Gibbs, Warsaw; David (and spouse Nina) Gibbs, Republic, Ohio; two sisters, Penny (and spouse Larry) Feucht, Clyde, Ohio, and Diane (and spouse John) Murray, Grand Prairie, Texas; nine grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and her companion, Otto Burchett, Warsaw. She was preceded in death by her parents.
Services will be at 1:30 p.m. Saturday at Titus Funeral Home, 2000 E. Sheridan St., Warsaw. Burial is in Oakwood Cemetery, Warsaw.
Calling is from 2 to 4 p.m. and from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
