State Representative Rebecca Kubacki will hold an adoption meeting April 3 at 6 p.m. at Latte Lounge and Gallery, previously Court House Coffee, 108 N. Buffalo St. Representative Kubacki passed HB1222 which allows for a tax credit to parents who adopt both domestic and internationally.
