Shepler, a former Warsaw Fire Department firefighter, died in 1930. Bauer, a former Kosciusko County Sheriff's Department chief deputy, died in 1954. Hochstetler, former KCSD detective sergeant, died in 1994. Beal, a former Indiana State Police Trooper, died in 2000.
The honor guard, consisting of local law enforcement, will retire the colors. American Legion Post 49 will give a 21-gun salute.
