10 Commandments

I watched president Obama the other morning say how bad it was that the companies that received bailout money gave bonuses in the amount of around $18 billion. They were given to the people that ran the companies into financial failure.

My question is, why didn't the president say the government was going to get the money back? Greed has ruined this country. We had a situation in Israel and the oil companies saw another chance to raise gas prices again. This is just plain wrong. Our companies are sending jobs overseas, raise oil prices, give bonuses to thieves, build cars that nobody wants and expects the American workers to give them money to stay in business.

Our government is just sitting there letting this happen. They want to give banks money so the banks will be able to lend money so people can buy stuff they can't afford. This just doesn't seem right since the reason for most of this problem stems from people not being able to pay for the stuff they borrowed money to get like homes and cars.

The Ten Commandments are being taken out of the public eye because of separation of church and state. If people would follow the Ten Commandments we would not be in the shape we are in today. It's funny by following them the people that would benefit would be everybody on this planet. No divorce, jails would be almost empty and we wouldn't be impeaching presidents and governors.

This country is in sad shape and giving money to people who abuse it is not the answer. If you have noticed since people have wanted In God We Trust out of our government, things have been getting worse. So it is time for the American public to stand up and defend itself from greed. No amount of money is going to cure the evil that lurks in America today.
