 The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:
n 8:48 a.m. Friday – George Kevin Ousley, 40, of 2547 W. CR 250S, Warsaw, arrested for probation violation and being a habitual traffic violator. Bond: $6,500.
n 8:57 a.m. Friday – Patricia Ann Campbell, 59,  White Pigeon, arrested for possession of a controlled substance. Bond: $2,000.

n 4:31 p.m. Sunday – Pierceton Road 2,000 feet east of CR 500E, Pierceton. Vehicle went off the road, hit a telephone pole and rolled several times. Driver: Eric M. Blanton, 17, 0f 5205 E. Pierceton Road, Pierceton. Injuries: Blanton complained of chest pain. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.
n 12:48 p.m. Monday – Zimmer Road 1,700 feet south of Lake Street, Warsaw. Vehicle swerved to avoid hitting a car backing out of a driveway and ran into a utility pole and mailbox. Driver: Cary D. Cochran, 47, of 1908 Ironwood Road, Warsaw. Injuries: Cochran complained of neck pain; a passenger in Cochran’s vehicle, Chanse Cochran, 18, suffered minor head bleeding. Damage: $1,000-$2,000. KCSD.

n 11:32 a.m. Jan. 19 – Intersection of CR 500N and Ind. 13N, North Webster. Vehicle slid off road, hit utility pole. Driver: Laura A. Ruiz, 22, Sweetwater, Texas. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.
n 10:55 a.m. Jan. 19 – Intersection of Ind. 15 and Plum Street, Leesburg. Vehicle crossed center line, hit second vehicle head on. Drivers: Nicole E. Dutton, 37, of 5897 S. West Channel Road, Warsaw; William G. Hughes, 40, Danville.  Damage: $25,000-$50,000. KCSD.
n 1 p.m.. Jan. 19 – Ind. 19S, 400 feet south of Ind. 10W, Etna Green. Vehicle slid into guard rail. Drivers: Marcey A. Jernas, 60, of 19803 Birch Road, Tippecanoe. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. KCSD.

n 4:22 p.m. Jan. 20 – A Syracuse man reported a burglary at his neighbor’s residence. KCSD.
n 11:45 a.m. Jan. 24 – A Warsaw woman reported being battered. KCSD.
n 10:45 a.m. Jan. 25 – An Employee of a Silver Lake business reported receiving a counterfeit $20 bill. KCSD.
n 1:06 a.m. Jan. 23 – A Syracuse man reported items stolen from a vehicle. KCSD.
n 9 a.m. Jan. 26 – An Etna Green man reported identity theft. KCSD.
n 11:49 a.m. Jan. 26 – A Warsaw woman reported identity theft. KCSD.
n 8:20 p.m. Jan. 26 – A North Manchester woman reported her vehicle had been borrowed and not returned. KCSD.
