 The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:
• 12:19 p.m. Thursday – Nathan Nicholas York, 30, of 4155 North Aspen Drive, Warsaw, arrested for theft. Bond: $5,250. 
• 3:51 p.m. Thursday – Andrew Steven Finch, 31,  of 318 ?S. Lake St., Warsaw, arrested for possession of child pornography. Bond: $5,250.
• 7:01 p.m. Thursday – Richard Sale Sherman, 34, Wabash, arrested on a civil warrant. Bond: $500.
• 1:18 a.m. today – David Fruit, 51, of 537 S. Harding St., Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.
• 2:49 a.m. today – Melissa Lynn Wheeler, 31, of 7053 E. CR 600S, Pierceton, arrested for dealing meth, possession of meth, possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia. Bond: $25,250.
• 3:26 a.m. today – Willie Albert Green, 36, homeless, Warsaw, arrested on two civil warrants, failure to appear and possession of meth. Bond:?$6,434.

Property Damage Accidents
 • 11:45 a.m. Thursday – Intersection of Detroit Street and Chevy Way,?Warsaw. Hit-Skip. Remaining driver: James Miller, 61, Granger. Damage: $1,000 to $2,500. Warsaw Police Department Investigated.
• 6:22 p.m. Thursday – Intersection of Silveus Crossing and Polk Drive, Warsaw. Car hit deer. Driver: Bre-Anne Butts, 31,  U.S. 30, Pierceton. Damage: $1,000 to $2,500. WPD.
• 8:04 p.m. Thursday – Intersection of East Patterson and Normandy Lane, Warsaw. Car ran off road and hit a curb. Driver: Trenton Swihart, 25, Stag Drive, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000 to $2,500. WPD.
• 12:08 a.m. today – Intersection of CRs 400N and 100E, Warsaw. Car ran off road and hit tree.?Driver: Daniel Hernandez, 39, Ward Lane, North Webster. Damage: $5,000 to $10,000. WPD. 

Incidents 
 • 3:32 p.m. Thursday – A resident reported the theft of a debit card in the  800 Block of North Panorama Drive, North?Webster. North Webster Police Department investigated.
* 10:37 p.m. Thursday – A resident reported a theft of bicycle in the 2500 block of East Center Street, Warsaw. WPD.
• 1:15 a.m. Friday – A resident reported criminal mischief in 100 block of East Main Street,?Mentone. Kosciusko?Sheriff’s Department investigated.
