Local Attorney Plans Presentation On Rise And Fall Of Facism In Europe

A presentation on the rise and fall of fascism in early- to mid-20th century Europe is set for Jan. 10 at the Warsaw Community Public Library.
David C. Kolbe, an attorney and former Kosicusko County Prosecutor, will offer his insights into the issue.
The event will begin at 6:30 p.m. There is no charge and it is open to the public.
Kolbe has a B.A. In modern European history, a juris doctorate, and is a senior visiting professor for the Center for International Legal Studies in Austria.
He has taught American criminal law in multiple Eastern European countries and will be teaching this spring in the Czech Republic.
Kolbe also is chairman of the Kosciusko County Democrat Party.
