The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:
• 1:08 p.m. Monday – Stephanie Leann Norman, 21, of 204 Bison Ridge, Nappanee, arrested for probation violation – felony. Bond: $5,250.
• 1:11 p.m. Monday – Jason Leroy Martinson, 34, of 505 S. Elm St., Nappanee, arrested for theft. Bond: $600.
• 2:39 p.m. Monday – Rodney Lee Castle, 48, of 7703 W. Swick Road, Claypool, arrested on three counts of failure to appear. Bond: $1,189.
• 2:53 p.m. Monday – Joshua Lee Willard, 33, of 12355 N. CR 800W, Silver Lake, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $649.
• 7:42 p.m. Monday – Mark Anthony Rocha, 32, of 721 E. Pixie Parkway, Cromwell, arrested for trafficking with a inmate drug/weapon/cell, possession of marijuana, and possession of paraphernalia. Bond $10,250.

• 1:35 a.m. Monday – A resident reported a theft in the 700 block of West Seick Road, Claypool. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.
• 5:31 p.m. Monday – Police investigated a hit-skip in the 700 block of North Parker Street, Warsaw. WPD.
