NORTH WEBSTER — Jeffrey “Jeff” Rostochak, 56, Leesburg, passed away at 1:01 p.m. Dec. 21, 2016, at his home. 
He was born July 22, 1960, in Columbia City, to Michael T. and Wilma I. Werstler Rostochak. 
He graduated in 1978 from Whitko High School, South Whitley, and in 1982 from Huntington College. He was married Aug. 17, 1985, in Howe, to Molly D. Walter, who survives. 
He was a lifetime Pierceton/Leesburg area resident. He retired in August 2015 from the Warsaw Fire Department after 28 years of service and was a substitute teacher for Wawasee Community School Corp.
He was a member of the Shepherd by the Lakes Lutheran Church, Syracuse; a girls basketball coach in Milford; assistant golf coach for Wawasee High School; and an avid sports fan, especially for the St. Louis Cardinals and IU basketball. 
He is survived by his wife, Molly Rostochak, Leesburg; four daughters: Mattia Rostochak, Beaumont, Texas; and Kylee Rostochak, Kabrea Rostochak and Jadison Rostochak, all of Leesburg; his parents, Michael and Wilma Rostochak, Pierceton; two sisters, Becky (spouse Doug) Mason, Syracuse, and Diane Rostochak, Albion; and a brother, Mike (spouse Martha) Rostochak Jr., Larwill.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Shepherd by the Lakes Lutheran Church, 7449 E. CR?1000N, Syracuse, with Pastor Jerry Winegarden officiating. 
Cremation will take place at Cremation Services of Kosciusko County, Warsaw.  
Visitation will be from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at Owen Family Funeral Home, Ind. 13 and CR 500N, North Webster, and one hour prior to funeral Tuesday at the church.
