 The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:
• 8:24 a.m. Tuesday – Darren Andrew Rowland, 23, Columbia City, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $450.
• 4:06 p.m. Tuesday – John Ira Borkholder, 33, of 13117 CR 700W, Nappanee, arrested for dealing meth and possession of meth. Bond: $10,250.
• 3:09 a.m. today – Tristen Andrew York, 18, of 4155 N. Aspen Drive,?Warsaw, arrested for theft. Bond: $600.
• 3:26 a.m. today – Wyatt Eugene Hicks, 36, Elkhart, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.

• 6:15 a.m. Tuesday – Intersection of Ind. 14 and CR 500W, Silver Lake. Car hit utility pole. Driver: Douglas Miller, 46, CR 800E, Akron. Damage: $10,000 to $25,000. KCSD.
• 7:04 a.m. Tuesday – Intersection of Old 30 and Lake City Highway, Warsaw. Hit-skip. Driver remaining: Nathan Long, 30, Briar Ridge Circle, Warsaw. Damage: $2,500 to $5,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.  
• 8:14 a.m. Tuesday – Intersection of  Sand Castle and North Pointe Drives, Warsaw. Hit-skip to two parked vehicles registered to Sushil Parashar, Northville, Mich., and Budget Rental Car. Damage: $5,000 to $10,000. WPD.
• 11:26 a.m Tuesday – Intersection of East Center Street and Thaft Drive, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Michael Cassidy, 32, Columbia City; Gary Slone, 57, Ind. 15, Claypool. Damage: $2,500 to $5,000. WPD.
• 11:33 a.m. Tuesday – Intersection of Detroit and East Fort Wayne streets, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Megan Chauncey, 20, CR 100S, Warsaw; Stephanie Berlin, 32, CR 200N, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000 to $2,500. WPD.
• 6:11 p.m. Tuesday – Intersection of Detroit Street and Plaza Drive, Warsaw. Car hit deer. Driver: Erasmo Garcia, 57, South Detroit Street, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000 to $2,500. WPD. 
• 6:35 p.m. Tuesday – Intersection of Hoss Hill and Epworth Forest Road, North?Webster. Car hit a utility pole. Driver: Cameron Snodgrass, 22, Blue Heron Drive,?Warsaw. Damage: $1,000 to $2,500.?WPD. 
• 7:53 p.m. Tuesday – Intersection of Detroit Street and Anchorage Road, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Gene Garver 24, Oldfather Street, Warsaw; John Cox, 37, Country Club Drive, Warsaw. Damage $2,500 to $5,000. WPD.

• 8:20 a.m. Tuesday – A resident reported harassment in the 1500 block of Country Club Drive East, Warsaw. WPD.
• 2:37 p.m. Tuesday – A Big R employee reported a theft of battery packs in the 3600 block of Commerce Drive, Warsaw. WPD.
