Notice Is Hereby Given, That The Kosciusko County Area Plan Commission Shall Hold A Public Hearing On A Petition Filed By Ralph Luce Requesting An Amendment to the Kosciusko County Zoning Ordinance, To Reclassify From a Commercial to Residential District, the Following Real Estate, located at South side of 303 S. Main St., North Webster, Key Number: 024-040-092 in Tippecanoe Township.And Described As Follows, To Wit:
Commencing in the Center of the Huntington Road running North and South through the Town of North Webster, at a point nineteen (19) rods seven (7) feet and ten (10) inches North of the South Line of Section Ten (10), and running thence East twelve (12) Rods, thence North four (4) rods, thence West twelve (12) rods, thence South four (4) rods to the place of beginning, being a part of the West Half (W 1/2) of the Southeast Quarter (SE 1/4) of Section Ten (10), Township Thirty-three (33) North, Range Seven (7), East.
This Change is requested to permit the above described real estate to be used for the Purpose of Residential Uses as defined in the Kosciusko County Zoning Ordiance.
This Hearing Will Be Held In The Commissioners Room in the Kosciusko County Court House, 100 W Center St., Warsaw, IN On Wednesday, January 4, 2017 At 1:00 P.M. All Interested Persons Are Invited To Attend To Be Heard. Written Comments Will Be Considered If They Are Received In The Office Of The Kosciusko County Planning Department, Court House, Warsaw, Indiana, No Later Than 12:00 Noon On The Day Of The Hearing.
