• 11:43 p.m. Friday – Michael Patrick Boyle, 35, of 2603 Wildwood Lane, Winona Lake, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.
• 12:06 a.m. Saturday – Dakota Scott Turner, 18, of 2036 Pheasant Ridge Drive, Warsaw, arrested for aiding, inducing or causing a misdemeanor. $600.
• 12:49 p.m. Saturday – Haley Marie Patrick, 20, of 4113 E. CR 100S, Pierceton, arrested for theft. Bond: $600.

• 1:23 a.m. Sunday– Phillip Andrew Chalmers, 45, of 4330 N. Old 30, Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $183.50. 
• 2:08 a.m. Sunday – Jeffery Joseph Amick, 49, of 209 E. Williams St., Milford, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.
• 2:57 p.m. Sunday – Toni Anganeett Terrell, 41, of 302 S. Third St., Pierceton, arrested on a civil warrant. Bond: $800.

Sheriff Addressed Issues In The Jail Since Taking Office
Once taking office I knew how important it was going to be to have the right leadership in every division of the office, and the jail was certainly no exception. Upon taking office, I appointed Lt. Kevin Gelbaugh as the jail commander and Chad Marsh as the assistant jail commander, and to say I am proud of all their work and accomplishments would be an understatement.
