• 10:37 a.m. Tuesday – Daniel Kay Smith, 47, of 202 Argonne Road, #4, Warsaw, arrested for criminal conversion. Bond: $600.
• 12:22 p.m. Tuesday – Derek Robert Fleckenstein, 38, Garrett, arrested for probation violation. Bond: $5,250.
• 12:23 p.m. Tuesday – Chanelle Nicole Stults, 27, homeless, Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear. No bond set.
• 3:35 p.m. Tuesday – Paula Renee McIntosh, 32, Goshen, arrested for failure to appear. No bond set.
• 5:59 p.m. Tuesday – Dustin Alllen Sloan, 32, of 9462 N. Ind. 19, #38, Etna Green, arrested for driving while suspended and possession of paraphernalia. Bond: $600.
• 6:53 p.m. Tuesday – Mark David Lanes, 53, of 1215 E. CR 350N, Warsaw, arrested for false informing. Bond: $500.
• 7:11 p.m. Tuesday – Nathan Robert Yeager, 33, Bremen, arrested for aiding or inducing a theft. Bond: $5,250. 
• 8:01 p.m. Tuesday – Christopher Ray Brauer, 36, of 514 E. Jackson St., Mentone, arrested for driving while suspended. Bond: $400.
• 9:01 p.m. Tuesday – Nicholas Robinson Duff, 36, of 702 Robb Ave., Warsaw, arrested for possession of meth and possession of marijuana. Bond: $5,250.
• 9:05 p.m. Tuesday – William Brandon Faubion, 23, of 762 N. Lake St., Warsaw, arrested for possession of meth and possession of marijuana. Bond: $5,250.
