 The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:
• 2:58 p.m. Thursday – Phyllis Ann Gressley, 69, of 510 S. Harkless Drive, #7,?Syracuse, arrested for theft. Bond: $700.
• 3:03 p.m. Thursday – Curtis Clark, 29, of 503 N. Lincoln St., Warsaw, arrested for possession of a narcotic. Bond: $600.
• 4:08 p.m. Thursday – Christofer Trae Colt, 24, of 509 Alward St.,?Warsaw, arrested for drug court violation. No bond set. 
• 10:20 p.m. Thursday – Mellisa Danielle Persley, 37, Wabash, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $179.
• 11:43 p.m. Thursday – Greg DeBoard, 36, Goshen, arrested for possession of a synthetic cannabinoid. Bond: $450.
• 1:04 a.m. today – Sarah Elizabeth Powell, 22, of 407 N. Lake St., Syracuse, arrested on three counts of failure to appear. Bond: $1,916.
• 1:23 am. today – Daniel Lee Floyd, 59, of 212C S. Union St., Warsaw, arrested for possession of marijuana. Bond: $600. 

Property Damage Accidents
 • 12:52 p.m. Wednesday – Intersection of East Center Street and North Hickory Street, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Jessica Burke, 26, East Kenway?Drive, Warsaw; Jacqueline Israel, 59,?Clinic Court, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000 to $2,500. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
• 5:45 p.m.?Wednesday – 730 S.  Huntington St., Syracuse. Car hit light pole. Driver: Elaine Pearson, 63, Wizard of Oz Way, Cromwell. Damage: $2,500 to $5,000. Syracuse Police Department investigated. 
• 12:33 p.m. Thursday – 2845 N. Detroit St., Warsaw. Car hit vehicle in Sorg?Nissan parking lot. Driver: Joyce Rose, 64, Ironwood Road, Warsaw. Damage: $2,500 to $5,000. WPD. 
• 1:20 p.m. Thursday – 1520 Provident Drive, Warsaw. Car hit two parked vehicles.?First vehicle registered to?Elizabeth Permann, Fort Wayne; second vehicle unknown. Driver: Marjorie Amiss, 74, South County Farm Road, Warsaw. Damage: $10,000 to $25,000. WPD. 

Incidents 
 • 1:53 p.m. Thursday – A Meijer employee reported shoplifting of clothes at 1200 Lake City Highway, Warsaw.?WPD. 
• 4:36 p.m.?Thursday – Police responded to a hit-skip in a parking lot in the 3700 block of Commerce Drive, Warsaw. WPD.
