Breakfast Buffet Scheduled Saturday
NORTH MANCHESTER — North Manchester Congregational Christian Church is planning a breakfast buffet from 8 to 11 a.m. Saturday.  
The buffet will include biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs, sausage links, pancakes and beverages. Breakfast items will be available while supplies last.
A freewill donation is requested. Proceeds from this event will go to the church’s benevolence committee to support those who have fallen on tough times this winter.

Two-Day Sale Will Have Christmas Items
A two-day inside garage sale is planned at Warsaw Family Worship Center this week.
The sale will feature many Christmas items, including wreaths, Christmas trees and Christmas centerpieces. It will be from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Friday and 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday.
The church is behind Martin’s Super Market across from the Center Cinema theater.

Former Pastor Will Have Book Signing
MENTONE — The Rev. Doris Aldrich Smith, former pastor at Mentone United Methodist Church, will have a book signing at Java Jack’s in Mentone from 10 a.m. to noon Saturday.
Smith, who was pastor of the church for eight years, has two new books: the third of the trilogy about “Pastor Elle” and a prequel about the same character in high school. Each book is $7.
Smith also will have copies of her first three books for sale.

Christmas Musical Reunion Is Saturday
Warsaw Wesleyan Church invites the community to the reunion showing of the 1997 Christmas musical “Go Light Your World”  at 3 p.m. Saturday.
Harry and Celia Stockton, along with some of the original cast, will be special guests. Child care will be provided for newborns through age 3.

Barbershop Chorus Performing Sunday
The Chain-O-Lakes Barbershop Chorus will perform a Christmas celebration concert at Dutchtown Brethren Church at 6 p.m. Sunday.  
The 20-member men’s chorus is based in Columbia City and under the direction of Jay Heare. Three men’s barbershop quartets — the Chain Gang, Custom Blend and 4 O’Clock Shadow — also will sing.  Refreshments will be provided after the concert of Christmas favorites. Everyone is welcome.  
The church is at the intersection of county roads 400E and 300N, Warsaw.

Revival Begins Sunday In Claypool
CLAYPOOL — First Free Will Baptist Church of Kosciusko County is having a revival beginning Sunday.
Meetings will be at 10:30 a.m. and 6 p.m. Sunday and at 6:30 p.m. Monday through Wednesday. A meal is planned after the Sunday morning service. Everyone is welcome.

Sneed Family In Concert Saturday
ARGOS — The Sneed Family will be in concert at 7 p.m. Saturday at the Church of Jesus Christ.
A freewill offering will be collected.

Festival of Lessons And Carols Saturday
DONALDSON — A Festival of Lessons and Carols is planned for 7 p.m. Saturday in the Ancilla Domini Chapel in The Center at Donaldson.
The Festival of Lessons and Carols is a service of Scripture and song that dates to the late 19th century. The evening will feature a candlelight procession, along with sacred, seasonal music by the Ancilla Domini Community Choir and the Ancilla Domini Children’s Choir, both under the direction of Andrew Jennings, director of liturgy and music.
A reception with refreshments will follow. Everyone is welcome.
The Center at Donaldson is at 9601 Union Road, Donaldson.
