 The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:
• 11:28 a.m Monday – Zachery Scott Eyer, 29. of 3521 Lake City Highway, #238, Warsaw, arrested for bulgary and theft. Bond: $15,250.
• 2:49 p.m Monday – Joshua Scott Kierstead, 26, Gas City, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $50.
• 10:25 a.m Tuesday – Brandon Isaac Daniel Cory, 18, of 602 S. Union St., Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear. No bond set.
•11:20 a.m. Tuesday – Manuel Salvador Gonzalez, 36, of 486 Clinic St., Warsaw, arrested for invasion of privacy. Bond: $1,500.
• 8:56 p.m Tuesday – Justin Lee Williams, 28, of 225 Sophie Lane, Warsaw, arrested for a probation violation and failure to appear. Bond: $10,000.
• 12:16 a.m today – Woodrow Burchett, 55, of 1905 Behlman Drive, #B, Warsaw, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated and refusal to submit to a chemical test. Bond: $5,250.

• 7:27 a.m Tuesday – Intersection of CR 900N and North Old Ind. 15, Milford. Vehicle hit utility pole. Driver: Ryan T. Marshall, 20, Leesburg. Damage: $10,000 to $25,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s
Department investigated.
• 8:09 a.m. Tuesday – Intersection of Lake City Highway and Silveus Crossing, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Bryan Keeler, 51, Martin, Mich; Angel Vanderwall, 22, Kewanna. Damage: $750 to $1,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
• 3:06 a.m today – Intersection of East McKenna Road and North CR 475E, Warsaw. Vehicle swerved to miss deer, rolled over. Driver: Anna Summerlot, 24, East McKenna Road, Warsaw. Damage: $10,000 to $25,000. KCSD.

• 5:12 a.m Tuesday – A person reported finding a bicycle at Center Lake Park. WPD.
• 10:58 p.m Tuesday – Police were called to the 500 block of North West Street, Warsaw, for a welfare check. WPD.
• 12:37 a.m today – A man reported theft of medication in the 900 block of Tippecanoe Street, Warsaw. WPD.
