• 11:05 a.m. Saturday – Marcus Petesheim, 18, Goshen, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated and illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor. Bond: $700.
• 11:08 a.m. Saturday – Glen Gregory Ashby Sr., 64, of 665 Walter Way, Warsaw, arrested for fraud of a financial institution. Bond: $10,250.
• 3:01 a.m. Sunday – Ryan Harris, 40, Fort Wayne, arrested for operating a motorboat while intoxicated. Bond: $700.
• 10:05 p.m. Sunday – Juan Carlos Gonzalez, 30, of 2441 W. CR 250S, Warsaw, arrested for failure to stop after an accident and driving without a license. No bond set.
• 11:22 a.m. Sunday – Scott Allen Dorrance, 35, of 920 Anchorage Road, Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $4,700.
• 1:11 p.m. Sunday – Richard Cacahua Ativalt, 19, C?R 200W, Warsaw, arrested for illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor. Bond: $400.
• 3:40 p.m. Sunday – Ismael Orduno, 25, of 601 N. First St., Pierceton, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $4,700.

• 7:49 p.m. Saturday – Intersection of Jaylnn Street and Walton Boulevard, Warsaw. Two-car collision. Drivers: Ciara S. Bolling, 20, Briar Ridge Circle, Warsaw; Annabelle G. Saylor, 50, Chapman Lake Drive, Warsaw. Damage: $2,500 to $5,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 11:58 a.m. Sunday – A Warsaw woman reported criminal mischief in the 1500 block of Green Hill Drive, Warsaw. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
• 12:26 a.m. Sunday – A fight was reported in the 1100 block of East Lakeview Ave., Syracuse. Syracuse Police Department investigated.
• 5:56 p.m. Sunday – A suicide attempt was reported in the 200 block of West Jefferson St., Warsaw. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
