• 8:43 a.m. Wednesday – Devon Pete Poe, 28, of 622 E. Fort Wayne St., Warsaw, arrested for probation violation. No bond set.
• 12:43 p.m. Wednesday – Thomas Lee Ankrom, 27, of 1650 E. Sheridan St., Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear and theft. Bond: $2,750.
• 1:42 p.m. Wednesday – Thomas Tad Bohlsen, 52, Whiteland, arrested for check deception. Bond: $5,250.
• 2:03 p.m. Wednesday – Matthew Lee Johnson, 44, of 13086N Warner Drive, Syracuse, arrested for failure to appear. No bond set.
• 2:27 p.m. Wednesday – Tamara Leigh Simons, 36, Elkhart, arrested for forgery-prescription for legend drugs. Bond: 45,250.
• 2:51 p.m. Wednesday – Jason Kyle Gilpin, 35, New Carlisle, arrested for possession of marijuana and paraphernalia. Bond: $600.
• 3:21 p.m. Wednesday – Justin Bragg, 35, Three Oaks, Mich., arrested for possession of marijuana and paraphernalia. Bond: $600.
• 4:12 p.m. Wednesday – Nathanael Martin Tuttle, 38, of 1638 N CR 1150W, Cromwell, arrested for probation violation. No bond set.
• 5:20 p.m. Wednesday – Shaun Luther Morton, 53, of 1824 Hepler Drive, Warsaw, arrested for dealing meth. No bond set.
• 9:26 p.m. Wednesday – Phillip Lee Endicott, 45, of 914 Carrington Boulevard, Warsaw, arrested for welfare fraud. No bond set.
• 11:44 p.m. Wednesday – John Jeremy Sutherlin, 25, of 1570 Loher Lane, Warsaw, arrested for battery. Bond: $600.

• 6:20 a.m. Wednesday – CR 100N, 750 feet west of CR 400E, Warsaw. Car hit deer. Driver: Jami D. Shoemaker, 43,  CR 375N, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000 to $2,500. KCSD.
• 3:08 p.m. Wednesday – Detroit Street, 1350 feet north of Lyon Street, Warsaw. Two-car collision. Drivers: Tia Ilene Vancuren, 18, Natureview Drive, Warsaw; Britta S. Hidlebaugh, 22, Union St., Warsaw. Damage: $5,000 to $10,000. WPD.
• 5:19 p.m. Wednesday – US 30, 1500 feet east of CR 875W, Etna Green. Car hit deer. Driver: Jesse J. Reichert, 39, Bourbon. Damage: $2,500 to $5,000. KCSD.

• 1:18 p.m. Wednesday – A runway was reported in the 600 block of Wooster Road, Winona Lake. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
2:09 p.m. Wednesday – A Warsaw man reported a burglary to his residence in the 400 block of South Detroit St., Warsaw. WPD.
• 10:25 p.m. Wednesday – A Leesburg man reported a battery in the 100 block of Van Buren Street, Leesburg. KCSD.
