Notice Is Hereby Given, That The Kosciusko County Area Plan Commission Shall Hold A Public Hearing On A Petition Filed By Candace Smythe Requesting An Amendment to the Kosciusko County Zoning Ordinance, To Reclassify from a Commercial to a Residential District, The Following Real Estate, located at 202 E Epworth Forest Rd., North Webster, Key Number: 024-037-086. and on the North side of Epworth Forest Rd. and 119' East of SR 13 in Tippecanoe TownshipAnd Described As Follows, To Wit:
A tract of land in the Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 10, Township 33 North Range 7 East, Tippecanoe Township, Kosciusko County, Indiana, further described as follows:
Beginning at a Pk Nail on the centerline of the Epworth Forest Road that is 1545.4 feet West (record) of the East line of said section; thence continuing West (record and basis of bearings) along the extended centerline of the Epworth Forest Road, 225.99 feet to a 3/4 inch iron pipe; thence North 00 degrees 16 minutes 21 seconds West 125.67 feet to a point being 0.4 feet North of a small square iron pin; thence North 89 degrees 23 minutes 06 seconds East (North 89 degrees 22 minutes East record) 226.88 feet to a concrete fence post; thence South 00 degrees 07 minutes 27 seconds West (South record) 128.10 feet to the point of beginning and containing 0.56 acres more or less.
This Zoning Classification is requested to permit the Above Described Real Estate to be used for the purpose of Residential Uses as defined in the Kosciusko County Zoning Ordinance.
This Hearing Will Be Held In The Commissioners Room in the Kosciusko County Court House, 100 W. Center St., Warsaw On Wednesday, September 7, 2016 At 1:00 P.M. All Interested Persons Are Invited To Attend To Be Heard. Written Comments Will Be Considered If They Are Received In The Office Of The Kosciusko County Planning Department, Court House, Warsaw, Indiana, No Later Than 12:00 Noon On The Day Of The Hearing.
