    Notice Is Hereby Given, That The Kosciusko County Area Plan Commission Shall Hold A Public Hearing On A Petition Filed By Old Leesburg Mill LLC Requesting An Amendment to the Kosciusko County Zoning Ordinance, To establish Zoning for Parcels recently disannexed from the Corporate Limits of the Town of Leesburg to a Commercial District, The Following Real Estate, located at 100 S Old SR 15, Leesburg and a parcel on the south side of Harper Rd, Leesburg, Key Numbers: 022-034-003, 022-034-005 & 022-034-001.A1BA. The parcels are located on the East side of Old SR 15 and 0' South of Harper Rd., Plain Township And Described As Follows, To Wit:
