• 8:54 p.m. Tuesday – Jonahlyn Phaeth Quirk, 24, of 317  N. Lake St., Apt. #4, Warsaw, arrested for battery and failure to appear. Bond:?$600.
• 10:37 p.m. Tuesday – Curtis Brian Collins, 39, of 5870 S. Woodland Ln, Warsaw, arrested for intimidation of law enforcement, resisting law enforcement and three counts of battery. Bond: $6, 560.
• 4:37 p.m. Wednesday – Allison Sage Williams, 22, Goshen, arrested for possession of a narcotic. No bond set.
• 7:48 p.m. Wednesday – Larry Eugene Konkle, 53, of 221 W. High St., Apt. #6F, Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $600.
• 8:24 p.m. Wednesday – Keana Renee Smith, 23, Chicago, Ill., arrested for theft. Bond: $600.
 • 9:01 p.m. Wednesday – Terry Lee Bailey, 45, of 9462 N. Indiana 19, Lot #13, Etna Green, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. No bond set.
• 9:29 a.m. Wednesday – Gary Gene Gregory, 54, Fort Wayne, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $268.
• 9:32 a.m. Wednesday – Terry Lee Foreman, 38, 502 W. Winona Ave, Warsaw, arrested for sexual misconduct with a minor. Bond: $15,250.
• 10:15 p.m. Wednesday – Noe Gutierrez, 26, of 3762 West Old 30, Lot #40, Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $5,000.
• 12:58 p.m. Wednesday – Naomi Kay  Smith, 30, of 400 W. Valleyview Dr., Syracuse, arrested for disorderly conduct. Bond: $500.
• 1:06 p.m. Wednesday – Andrew Ryan Brogdon, 23, homeless, arrested for failure to appear. No bond set.
• 2:17 a.m. Wednesday – Travis Allen Smith, 32, of 400 W. Valleyview Dr., Syracuse, arrested for battery with bodily injury. Bond: $600.

• 11:06 a.m. Wednesday – Intersection of  East Center Street and East Kosciusko Drive, Warsaw. Two car collision. Drivers: Madaline Gregory, 84, North CR175E, Warsaw; Brian Hodorek, 37, William Drive, Warsaw. Damages: $5,000 to $10,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
• 2:28 p.m. Wednesday – Intersection  of  Lake City Highway and Springhill Road, Warsaw. Same direction sideswipe. Drivers: Ahmed Sandeero, 36, ?24th Avenue, Minneapolis, Minn.; Theresa Bryant, 53, York Lane, Columbus, Ohio. Damages: $1,000 to $2,500. WPD.
• 4:30 p.m. Wednesday – Intersection of East Center Streetn and Lake City Highway, Warsaw Rear end collision. Drivers: Ashlee Hemmer, 20, Rattington Circle, Warsaw; Brittany Hardesty, 21, Sophie Lane, Warsaw. Damages: $1,000 to $2,500. WPD.

• 4:49 p.m. Wednesday – An individual a suspicious person in the 100 block of South Scott Street, Warsaw. WPD.
• 7:19 p.m. Wednesday – A employee of Martin’s Supermarket reported a shoplifter trying to steal alcohol in the 1100 block of Husky Trail, Warsaw. WPD.
• 7:43 p.m. Wednesday – A male subject reported a hit-and-run in the 300 block of South Detroit Street, Warsaw. WPD.
• 10:43 p.m. Wednesday – An individual reported a hit-and-run in the 700 block of Briar Ridge Circle, Warsaw. WPD.
