County Jail Bookings
 The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:
• 7:52 a.m. Monday – Caleb A. Bewley, 41, of 12330 S. Packerton Road, Silver Lake, arrested for driving while suspended. No bond set.
• 8:32 a.m. Monday – Roger David James, 46, of 8947 S. CR 600W, Claypool, arrested for being a habitual traffic violator. Bond: $5,250.
• 12:06 p.m. Monday – Adam Michael Fisher, 30, Knox, arrested for failure to appear. No bond set.
• 1:08 p.m. Monday – Jody Michelle Nichols, 22, of 3233 S. Ind. 25, Warsaw, arrested on two counts of failure to appear. No bond set.
• 7:21 p.m. Monday – Blakley M. Jones, 32, of 1750 Country Club Road, Warsaw, arrested for driving while suspended. Bond: $450.
• 9:22 p.m. Monday – James Robert Carpenter, 28, of 10495 S. Lotz Lane, Silver Lake, arrested for driving while suspended. Bond: $450.

• 7:20 a.m. Monday – Intersection of  Lake City Highway and Commerce Drive, Warsaw. Rear-end collision. Drivers: Kaleb J. Lucas, 29, Mishawaka; Roger D. James, 46, South CR 600W, Claypool. Injuries: James complained of pain to the knee, but declined medical attention. Damages: $10,000 to $25,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
• 7:50 a.m. Monday – Intersection of  South CR 700E and East CR 900S, Sidney. Two-car collision. Drivers: Brianna F. White, 21, West Poplar Street, South Whitley; Holly L. Mohr, 39, East CR 950S, South Whitley. Injuries: White complained of chest pain and was checked by medics on scene; Mohr complainted of lower leg pain and was taken to Parkview Whitley. Damages: $10,000 to $25,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.

• 9:31 a.m. Monday – Intersection of  North CR 800W and West CR 400N, Warsaw. Car ran off road and rolled over. Driver: Dakota M. Norman, 19, West CR 950S, Silver Lake. Damages: $10,000 to $25,000. KCSD.
• 7:50 a.m. Monday – Intersection of  North Ind. 13 and First Street, North Webster. Two-car collision. Drivers: Carrie B. Pratt, 31, North Main Street, Syracuse; Alyssa C. Stuckman, 19, CR 21, Goshen. Damages: $2,500 to $5,000. North Webster Police Department investigated.
• 1:47 p.m. Saturday – Intersection of  North Detroit Street and Enterprise Drive, Warsaw. Two-car collision. Drivers: Charles J. Allen, 46, South Ind. 15, Silver Lake; Karen S. Belcher, 74, East South Road, Syracuse. Damages: $10,000 to $25,000. WPD.

• 2:30 p.m. Monday – A woman reported a theft from her purse in the 9400 block of North Ind. 19, Etna Green. KCSD.
• 5:17 p.m. Monday – An individual reported damage to his car in the 3100 block of East Center Street, Warsaw. KCSD.
• 5:59 p.m. Monday – A subject reported he was battered and threatened by his son in the 400 block of Porter Street, Warsaw. WPD.
• 7:57 p.m. Monday – An individual reported a hit and run to their vehicle in the 2900 block of Frontage Road, Warsaw. WPD.
• 9:11 p.m. Monday – An individual reported theft of a bicycle in the 400 block of North Main Street, North Webster. NWPD.
