• 11:45 a.m. Wednesday - Shytajia Lamontria Powell, 25, Fishers, arrested on a foreign warrant. No bond set.
• 5:20 p.m. Wednesday - Tony Bright, 54, of 415 W. Amelia Ave., Silver Lake, arrested on a foreign warrant. No bond set.
• 10:08 p.m. Wednesday - Temeni Emanuel Brewster, 35, Stone Mountain, Ga., arrested for possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish. Bond: $600.
• 11:14 p.m. Wednesday - Saray Cervantes Sanchez, 21, of 1272 N. Arbutus Trail, Warsaw, arrested for driving a motor vehicle while suspended with a prior suspension. Bond: $500.
• 5:41 a.m. Thursday - Mikel Max Phebus, 76, of 1508 Ranch Road, Warsaw, arrested for domestic battery with moderate bodily injury and strangulation. Bond: $6,000.

• 10:40 a.m. Wednesday - Fraud was reported in the 2100 block of East Fort Wayne Street, Warsaw. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
• 11:29 a.m. Wednesday - A foreign warrant was served in the 1800 block of Fisher Avenue, Warsaw. WPD.
• 1:38 p.m. Wednesday - Identification cards were reported lost in the 200 block of South Detroit Street, Warsaw. WPD.
• 11:53 p.m. Wednesday - A person was arrested for possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish in the 100 block of East U.S. 30, Warsaw. WPD.
