He was born Feb. 19, 1965, at Fort Park, La., to Dr. Thomas Dean VanOsdol and Linda Dianne VanOsdol.
There will be a celebration of life for Scott at the Cardinal Center for Cardinal clients and immediate family on Friday, March 28.
The family kindly request the memorial donations be made to Cardinal Services Inc., 504 N. Bay Drive, Warsaw, IN 46580.
