• 4:04 p.m. Monday - Ruben Contreras Avila, 71, of 700 Wexford Place, Warsaw, arrested for driving a motor vehicle while suspended with a prior suspension. Bond: $450.
• 4:58 p.m. Monday - Carter Tyson Kreft, 20, of 3571 E. Old 30, Warsaw, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear. No bond set.
