Garden To Table: Wholesome Vegetable Soup In The Instapot

AKRON - Purdue Extension Kosciusko County is partnering with Tippecanoe Valley High School to offer a hands-on workshop titled Garden to Table: Wholesome Vegetable Soup in the Instapot, taking place Jan. 21 from 6 to 8 p.m. at Tippecanoe Valley High School.
During this interactive workshop, participants will learn the basics of gardening, including tips and techniques for growing their own fresh vegetables. They will then use their homegrown produce to prepare a nutritious and delicious vegetable soup using the popular Instapot.
This workshop is an opportunity to gain gardening skills and explore new ways to create healthy meals from your garden. Dinner is included.
