Jose Pablo Velazquez Moyotl, 61, Leesburg, died Monday, Jan. 6, 2025, at Fort Wayne Lutheran Hospital. He was in a car accident on Nov. 30, 2024, and succumbed to his injuries.  
He was born June 30, 1963, in Cholula, Puebla, Mexico, to Juliana Catalina Moyotl and Jose Pablo Velazquez. On Feb. 8, 2020, Jose married Norma Velazquez Coyomani, who survives.
Friends and family may visit from 4 to 7 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 9 at Redpath-Fruth Funeral Home, Warsaw.
Pablo’s life will be celebrated with a funeral mass at 1 p.m. Friday, Jan. 10 at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church, Warsaw, and celebrated by Father Wilson Corzo. A graveside service will follow at Oakwood Cemetery, Warsaw.
