The Warsaw Parks and Recreation Department announced a kids coloring contest.
The contest began Monday and goes through Jan. 20. Age groups are 2-5, 6-9, 10-13 and 14-17. There is no cost to participate.
Little artists, now is your time to shine! Each age group will have their own page to color for a chance to win a prize.
The Kosciusko County Council on Aging and Aged participants will vote on their favorite colored pages on Thursday, Jan. 23. The votes will be tallied and winners will be announced on Friday, Jan. 24. Winners will receive an appropriate prize based on their age group.
Coloring pages can be printed online, or picked up and returned to the parks office at 123 E. Fort Wayne St., Warsaw, ending on Monday, Jan. 20. There is no fee to enter, but participants should provide their contact information on the back of the page where indicated so winners can be contacted.
The office will be closed on Monday, Jan. 20, but there is a drop box available to the right of the main office door with the numbers 123 on it. Coloring pages can still be dropped off in the box on the 20th.
