Notice Is Hereby Given, That the Kosciusko County Area Plan Commission Shall Hold a Public Hearing on a Petition Filed By Evan Kreps equesting Subdivision and Plat Approval for the Following Real Estate, Key Number.:007-073-001.B

And Described As Follows on the 2nd page, To Wit:
A tract of land in the Northeast Quarter of Section 19, Township 34 North, Range 7 East, Turkey Creek Township, Kosciusko County, Indiana, and is more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the North Quarter Post of said Section 19, and running thence South, along the Half-Section Line, 1614.30 feet: thence North 89 degrees 15 minutes East, 200.00 feet; thence North 1614.30 feet to the North Section Line; thence South 89 degrees 15 minutes West, along the Section Line; thence South 89 degrees 15 minutes West along the Section Line 200.00 feet to the point of beginning, and containing 7.41 acres.
Subject to all covenants, easements, or restrictions of record and all applicable building and zoning laws and ordinances and possible rights-of-way and rights oftile and drainage ditches.
This Hearing Will Be Held In The Commissioner's Meeting Room, County Court House 100 W Center St., Warsaw On Wednesday 03/05/2025 At 1:00 P.M.

are received in the Office of the Kosciusko County Plan Commission, Court House, Warsaw, Indiana, no later then 72 hours before the meeting, (mailing address: 100 W Center St, Rm 303, Warsaw, IN 46580). Any digitally submitted comments or exhibits on devises, such as but not limited to, flash memory drives, thumb drives, or external drives must be submitted to the office 72 hours before the hearing any presented at the meeting will not be viewed in accordance with the Kosciusko County Cybersecurity directives
