• 5:30 p.m. Monday - Oscar Rene Rosales Chirinos, 19, Plymouth, arrested for operating a motor vehicle without ever obtaining a license, possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish and reckless driving. Bond: $600.
• 2:42 a.m. Tuesday - Benjamin Catalin Candrianu, 21, Dearborn, Mich., arrested on a foreign warrant. No bond listed.
• 10:45 a.m. Tuesday - Tamra Jo Haman, 59, of 7246 E. CR 800N, Syracuse, arrested for domestic battery with moderate bodily injury. Bond: $7,500.
