NOTICE OF HEARING ON PETITION FOR VACATION OF PUBLIC WAY
To: Residents ofNorth Webster, Kosciusko County, Indiana
You are hereby notified that on the day 181h of February, 2025 at 6:00 P.M., the Town Council of North Webster, Indiana will conduct a hearing in regard to a petition filed by Brent L. Robinson and Julie A. Robinson for vacation of a portion of Albert Eckert Drive, a public way, within the limits of North Webster, Kosciusko County, Indiana, to-wit:
Part of Albert Eckert Drive, being located in the Northeast Quarter of Section 10, Township 33 North, Range 7 East, Kosciusko County, Indiana (This description prepared by Kevin R. Michel, LS80870006, as part of original survey RW-173 "Tract B" completed by J.K. Walker & Associates, P.C., dated September 13, 2024), being more particularly described as follows, to wit:
BEGINNING at an iron pin found at the Northwest comer of Lot Number 51 in Albert W. Eckert Addition, said iron pin also being on the South line of a certain tract of land as recorded in Document Number 2019110710 in the records of Kosciusko County, Indiana; thence N46°-07'-25"E (GPS Grid bearing and used as the basis of bearings for this description), on and along said South line, a distance of 30.55 feet to a 5/8-inch iron pin capped "Walker" found at the Southeast comer of said tract of land as recorded in Document Number 2019110710; thence S18°-00'-10"E, a distance of 48.65 feet to a leaning iron pipe
found at the Northeast comer of said Lot Number 51; thence N55°-53'-38"W, on and along the North line of said Lot Number 51, a distance of 44.76 feet to the point of beginning, containing 668 square feet of land, more or less, subject to legal right-of-way for Albert Eckert Drive, subject to all legal drain easements and all other easements of record.
