To Whom It May Concern:
The Kosciusko County Drainage Board will hold a public hearing to change the classification to maintenance non-repayable and eliminate the annual maintenance assessment on the following drain.
Russell Warner:
The current rate per acre is: Variable per acre with a $11.25 minimum and a 4-year collection balance with a total annual collection of $489.60.
The hearing will be held April 24, 2025 at 9:00 A.M. on the 3rd floor in the old courtroom of the courthouse at 100 W Center St., Warsaw, In. 46580. The failure of an owner to file an objection constitutes a waiver of his right to subsequently object to any final action of the Board. The Kosciusko County Drainage Board address is 100 W.
