Warsaw Parks Offers Egg Hunt April 14-17

The city of Warsaw Parks and Recreation Department is offering a free Easter egg hunt April 14-17 at various parks within the community.
It is time for another fun scavenger hunt! The Easter bunny has lost some eggs along the way, can you help the Parks and Recreation Department find them?
There are 20 white eggs and one golden egg to be found in the parks around the community. Each egg located can be turned in for a prize, but the person who locates the golden egg will win an extra special prize, according to a news release from the department.
All eggs can be turned into our office at 123 E. Fort Wayne St., Warsaw, during business hours, Monday through Thursday, 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. (closed 1-1:30 p.m. for lunch).
All ages are welcome to hunt, however; the winning prizes will be geared towards children.
The parks are:
• Beyer Park, 811 E. Arthur St,
• Bixler Park, 503 N. Detroit St.
• Mantis Skate Park, 400 Little League Dr.
• Central Park, 225 E. Fort Wayne St.
• Funk Park, 605 N. Lake St.
• Hire Park, 750 E. Arthur St.
• Kelly Park, 130 Fawley St.
• Ker Park, 1220 E. Market St.
• Kiwanis Park, 700 E. Smith St.
• Krebs Trailhead, 214 S. McKinley St.
• Lake City Greenway, 1013 E. Arthur St.
• Lucerne Park, 800 N. Park Ave.
• Madison Park, 220 Miami St.
• McKinley Park, 1013 E. Main St.
• Municipal Park, 117 E. Canal St.
• Nye Park, 357 N. Buffalo St.
• Pike Lake Beach, 1009 E. Arthur St.
• Rarick Park, 413 S. Washington St.
• Richardson-DuBois Park, 700 E. Market St.
• Rotary Park, 794 E. Market St.

The office will be closed for Good Friday, so this is a shorter week to hunt.
