You are notified that you have been sued in the Court above named. The nature of the suit against you is the foreclosure of a mortgage upon the property legally described as follows: Lot number twelve (12) in the original plat of the Town of Mentone, as recorded in Old Plat Book 3, Page 342, now in New Plat Book 2, Page 160, in the office of the recorder of Kosciusko County, Indiana. Commonly known as: 306 W. Washington Street, Mentone, IN 46539 This summons by publication is specifically directed to the following defendant(s) whose whereabouts are unknown: Terry L. Kimble In addition, to the above-named defendants being served by this summons, there may be other defendants who have an interest in this lawsuit.
