• 12:10 p.m. Monday - Katlynn Leanne Craft, 26, of 9611 S. CR 100E, Claypool, arrested for felony failure to appear. Bond: $5,250.
• 12:18 p.m. Monday - Kensey Lynn Nieveen, 31, Syracuse, arrested for theft with a prior conviction. Bond: $7,500.
• 2:34 p.m. Monday - Corey Dana Dolt, 35, Van Worth, Ohio, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear and felony failure to appear. No bond set.
• 6:53 p.m. Monday - Tara Rae Stephens, 40, of 2160 S. Ind. 19, Mentone, arrested for operating a motor vehicle with a controlled substance in the body - first offense and possession of methamphetamine. Bond: $5,250.
• 7:30 a.m. Tuesday - Rebecca Sue Batalis, 48, Liberty Mills, arrested for felony probation violation. Bond: $5,250.

• 2:14 p.m. Thursday - 900 Provident Drive, Warsaw. Car hit landscaping rock. Driver: Stacey S. Leek, 57, East Market Street, Warsaw. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
• 7:55 a.m. Friday - 500 Briar Ridge Circle, Warsaw. SUV hit parked vehicle registered to Carmen L. Ferrer Acosta, Briar Ridge Circle, Warsaw. Driver: Holly D. Hall, 38, Briar Ridge Circle, Warsaw. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. WPD.
• 6:03 a.m. Saturday - Intersection of West Lake and Warren streets, Warsaw. Truck hit dog. Driver: Colleen G. Rentoschler, 36, Argos. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. WPD.
• 12:27 p.m. Sunday - Intersection of East Center and McKinley streets, Warsaw. Car-SUV collision. Drivers: Jeremy Lisenbee, 36, East Leedy Street, Warsaw; Jackson C. Barda, 23, Boise, Idaho. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. WPD.

• 12:32 p.m. Monday - A license plate was reported stolen in the 100 block of EMS T7 Lane, Leesburg. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.
• 1:48 p.m. Monday - An animal bite was reported in the 600 block of South Old Ind. 13, Pierceton. KCSO.
• 3:45 p.m. Monday - Domestic battery - simple assault was reported in the 1500 block of Provident Drive, Warsaw. WPD.
• 4:40 p.m. Monday - Forgery was reported in the 100 block of North Lake Street, Warsaw. WPD.
• 8:17 p.m. Monday - An emergency detention order was requested in the 700 block of Wexford Place, Warsaw. WPD.
• 4:19 a.m. Tuesday - Distribution/importation of obscenity/pornography was reported in the 600 block of East Market Street, Warsaw. WPD.
• 6:24 a.m. Tuesday - A traffic stop was initiated for a person operating a motor vehicle without ever obtaining a license in the 100 block of East Main Street, Mentone. Mentone Police Department investigated.
