Micro-Surfacing & Crack Sealing
Sealed bids will be received by the City of Warsaw, Indiana, Board of Public Works and Safety, until 10:30 a.m. (local time) on November 15th, 2024.
Bids are to be delivered to the City of Warsaw Clerk Treasurer’s Office, located at 102 South Buffalo Street, Warsaw, Indiana 46580. All Bids received by the submittal deadline will be publicly opened and read aloud in the Warsaw City Hall Council Chambers, located at the same address. Any quote received after the submittal deadline will be returned unopened.
Project Description: Micro-Surfacing and Crack Sealing of various roadways and pavement surfaces located around the City. Effective dates will be November 15, 2024 through December 31, 2025.
Bids shall be sealed with the words, “BID ENCLOSED – 2024-2025 Micro-Surfacing & Crack Sealing” plainly visible on the front. Also included on the front of the bid package shall be the name, address, and telephone number of the individual or company submitting the bids.
Bid packets shall be requested by contacting Dustin Dillon, Public Works Superintendent, via e-mail at [email protected]. All technical and project questions shall be directed to Dustin Dillon. Questions over the telephone or person-to-person will not be entertained. If an addendum is required, it will be issued by email by those whom have signed for a bid packet.
All forms and certificates are to be completed fully, accurately, and notarized if required. All forms and certificates are provided with the Bid Proposal Package. Your packet must contain the following items:
1. Bid Response Form
2. Indiana State Bid Form 96 Revised
3. E-Verify
4. 5% Bid Bond or Certified Check
5. Employee Drug Testing Plan
The Board of Works and Safety, City of Warsaw, reserves the right to reject any and all bids and/or to re- advertise.
