Recently, the Warsaw Breakfast Optimist Club donated $500 to the Kosciusko County Chamber of Commerce to support Spooktacular, which will be held in downtown Warsaw from 5 to 8 p.m. Friday, Oct. 25. Pictured are Scott Wiley, Nora Christiansen, Austin Donovan, Art Gakstatter and Paul Finley.
