Wendy Siciliano is hereby notified that Hearing in this matter has been set by the Court for November 15, 2024, without further notice to you following the last running of this notice by publication. This is a guardianship case for a minor child. In the event you do not appear at Hearing, the court will enter an Order in your absence. Kosciusko Superior Court No. 1 is located at 121 North lake street, Warsaw, Indiana 46580.
That this Summons is being published pursuant to Indiana Rule of Trail Procedure 4.13. If Wendy Siciliano seeks to contest the action and all matters related thereto, she must file an Appearance in the above-named court no later than 30 days after the date of this notice by publication. If Wendy Siciliano does not file a motion to contest the action within 30 days after service of this notice by publication, the above-named court will hear and determine the Motion in her absence. Be advised, the Court may enter Order as to all matters associated and with this Guardianship action.
