Frances F. Troup, 83, of Wyandotte, Mich., and formerly of Syracuse, died Oct. 10, 2024.
She was born Aug. 26, 1941, in Pound, Va., to Oakley and Viola Vanover.
A memorial service will be Friday, Oct. 18 at Titus Funeral Home in Syracuse, 1001 S. Huntington St., Syracuse, at 4 p.m. with the doors open to the public at 3:30 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be given to the American Cancer Society or to the Arthritis Foundation.
